What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Collaborate: Manage key relationships with 3rd-party Structural and MEP engineers, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, BMarko, and 3rd-party engineers.
  • Own Client Relations: Support our CEO in managing client relationships and, over time, take full ownership of those key interactions.
  • Streamline Processes: Coordinate and refine shop drawings, collaborating closely with clients on changes and iterations.
  • Drive Innovation: Participate in engineering discussions to find innovative ways of fabricating and producing new modular elements.
  • Lead Projects: Seamlessly transition projects from the sales phase into preconstruction, ensuring everything is set up for success.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise: 5+ years of project management experience, and 7+ years of experience in the construction industry (modular experience is a big plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering).
  • Master Multitasker: Proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects and a knack for managing teams.
  • Learner's Mindset: We’re seeking someone with an exceptional capacity to learn and adapt.
