JOB DESCRIPTION
A client in the Keller, TX area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a 836,000 square foot distribution center. The successful candidate will manage the entire maintenance department, develop, and execute budgets, manage capital projects, and ensure the safety and efficiency of all maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing various equipment maintenance (MHE, chargers, batteries, dock equipment, racking, plumbing, electrical, plumbing, truck yard,, ammonia system), supervising 19 hourly employees and a supervisor, attending operations and safety meetings, managing contract services, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
