About the Position

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join our team at Mavis Tire Supply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ensuring timely completion of jobs
  • Ordering parts and maintaining inventory
  • Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Communicating with customers and store management
  • Providing basic math and PC skills
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
