Overview and Focus of the Position

As a Senior New Product Introduction Engineer, you will play the lead role in the design, development, and launch of new products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Being a Liquid Propane Gas Vaporizer expert, you will also serve as the primary technical external contact with customers and partners to drive resolution of complex technical challenges, to provide technical product updates, and to represent Algas-SDI at industry events and industry organizations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
  • 7+ years of experience working with Liquid Propane Vaporizers and considered an expert in the design, development, and operation of LPG vaporizers
  • 5+ years of experience in product development or a related engineering role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering tools
