Capstone Search Advisors is seeking an experienced Corporate Generalist Attorney to join our client's national law firm based in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in handling diverse corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general business counseling.


Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Transactions: Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

- Corporate Governance: Advise clients on corporate governance matters, including board and committee structure, fiduciary duties, and compliance issues.

- Business Counseling: Provide comprehensive legal counsel to business clients on a variety of corporate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate contracts and agreements.

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic advice.

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.


Qualifications:

- Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in corporate transactions.

- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Bar Admission: Must be in good standing and admitted to practice in Ohio.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple projects.

- Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
