Desktop Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to work for one of the nation’s largest University systems at their HQ. This IT Support Technician will be onboarding and off boarding user accounts through Office 365 and performing basic troubleshooting responsibilities (adding printers, adding emails on Exchange, network issues, resetting passwords, etc.) They will be working onsite resolving issues coming from internal employees in the corporate office as well as escalating any higher-level issues to the onsite tier III technicians. This team is looking for a reliable candidate who is comfortable working under different conditions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of helpdesk support experience
- O365 experience ability to support the environment (calendars, email groups, provisioning and troubleshooting)
- Ability to image devices (Lenovo, desktops, laptops and surfaces)
- Windows 11 support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with TCPIP printing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
