This role involves managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the business, ensuring financial integrity, and regulatory compliance, and providing strategic support for fund operations and investments.


Location: Dallas or San Francisco


Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical accounting analysis for aircraft/leasing transactions.
  • Supervise and mentor senior accounting staff.
  • Review and prepare financial statements and investor reports.
  • Manage financial reporting deadlines and audit inquiries.
  • Oversee general ledger (GL) functions and ensure accurate financial consolidation.
  • Manage fund cash forecasts and lead process improvement projects.
  • Assist with investor statements and reports

Qualifications:

  • B.S./B.A. in Accounting
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience (private equity, aircraft leasing, multinational, or global organizations)
  • Public accounting experience at a Big-4 firm
  • Hands-on GL and Consolidation experience
  • People management experience
