Aircraft Detailing Lead

Immaculate Flight is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Detailing Lead to join our team at Dallas Love Field Airport. As an Aircraft Detailing Lead, you will be responsible for detailing high-end luxury aircraft, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. You will work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, while also providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Detail interior and exterior of aircraft to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
- Ensure all cleaning and detailing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Train and coach teammates on cleaning and detailing procedures
- Assist with inventory and supplies management
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure high standards are met
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of experience in aircraft detailing or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
