**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits** (contract-to-hire)


As the Laboratory Services Coordinator, you will monitor & respond to customer requests regarding preventative maintenance, equipment service, and follow up on service requests.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule regular maintenance and record all service activities in applicable CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
  • Monitor & respond to customer requests and process requests for equipment service
  • Review and schedule preventive maintenance and other scheduled compliance activities (OQ, PQ and validation) and dispatch, accordingly, coordinating scheduling meeting
  • Discuss troubleshooting/repair situations with service providers or customers, in a professional, cost-effective manner


Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience or Associate’s Degree with 5 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment
  • Experience working in Laboratory, Life-Science, Pharma, Medical, GMP, or GXP environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, ServiceMax, and Maximo experience
  • Scheduling and maintenance repair experience
  • Familiar with Scientific Laboratory
