Job Summary:

We're searching for a strategic Director of Marketing and Revenue Operations who is seen as a thought leader in delivering exceptional results between our marketing, sales and operations departments to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have Construction Industry experience who combines analytical precision with marketing innovation, transforming data-driven insights into tangible business growth. This role offers the experienced leader with the opportunity to shape our marketing and Revenue operations to deliver at a world class level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop analytics strategies that will provide the ability breakdown complex data into clear insights that drive strategic decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
  • CRM and Marketing Automation: Spearhead the optimization of our CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot). Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead management, streamline customer interactions, and maximize content effectiveness through tools like Marketo, Pardot, and Seismic.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Ensure teams develop financial models and create strategies to drive revenue trends and growth opportunities. Partner with the leadership team to translate historical data and market insights into actionable revenue projections.
  • Proven Experience Driving Renenue Growth: Create strategies and management reports to ensure stated revenue generations goals are being achieved across functions.
  • Ensure Pipeline Strategy Execution: Implement strategies and management practices to ensure prospects, leads and conversions are happening at stated rates and goals. Provide strategies in driving those channels effectively across all channels.
  • Technical SEO: Implement strategies to drive digital presence through strategic SEO initiatives. Implement and maintain best practices to enhance our organic search performance and website effectiveness.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage teams to design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, and email channels to optimize customer acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Bring a point of view related to creating comprehensive customer journey maps that outline key moments of truth and touchpoints that enhance user experience and conversion rates across all channels.
  • Data Privacy and Compliance: Understanding of data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CCPA) to ensure compliance in marketing practices.
  • Technical Integration: Lead the integration of marketing and sales technologies to create efficient data flow and operational excellence.
  • Sales Systems and Marketing Systems Improvements: Evaluate and enhance existing processes between Marketing and Business Development, spearheading initiatives to boost efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing and revenue operations experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Desired: Demonstrated experience in the construction industry
  • Proven success implementing and optimizing marketing technology stacks
  • Proven success driving Revenue Growth across different channels including telemarketing, marketing, digital presence and account management departments
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Comprehensive understanding of data privacy regulations and marketing compliance
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to drive results


Technical Skills Required:

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis platforms (Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Strong command of project management platforms (Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Proven ability to integrate and optimize marketing technology systems
