We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and take on the responsibility of architecting, enabling, and supporting all services within the suite, including Intune, Entra ID, Windows, Office 365, Teams, Defender for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design: Develop and implement comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions, covering all key services.
- Service Enablement: Configure and enable Microsoft 365 services to meet business needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide continuous support for Microsoft 365 services, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
- Security Management: Implement robust security measures to safeguard data across all Microsoft 365 services.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users in utilizing Microsoft 365 services effectively.
- Maintenance and Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft updates and perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth service operation.
- Collaboration: Partner with IT team members and other departments to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Microsoft 365 services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite and its various services.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
