We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to support the Internal Audit team and coordinate the risk management process across North America. Reporting to the Senior Director, Internal Audit, the primary focus of this role will be to manage the various insurance policies and ad-hoc claims in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all policies are renewed timely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position will serve as liaison between employees and external brokers to properly manage business requests.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the renewal process for a variety of insurance policies.
  • Communicate with insurance brokers and carriers to analyze policy documents and renewal terms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance policies and renewals.
  • Manage monthly payment of Casualty invoices.
  • Manage the loss run process.
  • Respond to ad hoc questions and claims/incidents from the business, and coordinate with insurance broker/carriers.
  • Allocate insurance premium costs and provide bi-annual updates on previously provided estimates to the business.
  • Support the Internal Audit team with ad hoc data analyses and administrative compliance responsibilities.


Experience / Background:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines Package policy experience (Property, Casualty and Cyber coverage).
  • Underwriter or agency experience with working knowledge of rating basis and how limits apply.
  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data systems to search for answers and information.
  • Questioning and deductive reasoning skills.
  • High service-aptitude with personal drive to serve.
  • Natural ability to manage emotions and show resiliency in stressful situations
