Green Bay, United States Specialty Medical Inc. Full time

This Green Bay area Medical Device Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the sale in the territory for our orthopedic products including but not limited to the market leading shoulder and upper extremity family of products. These products are recognized as being innovative category leading products in the orthopedic industry. The territory covered includes the greater Green Bay area including Appleton and Oshkosh.

 

  • The position requires the ability to assimilate and learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
  • Associate Sales Representatives will spend most of their time running logistics for upcoming surgeries, selling products, and being in surgery interacting with both staff and surgeons
  • Must have strong time management skills and ability to manage territory surgical equipment and inventory. It is critical that he/she be a confident, highly motivated individual who places top priority on exceeding revenue goals. 


Required Skills: 

  • College Degree 
  • Background in sales, sports or competition strongly considered 
  • Communication skill and time management experience 
  • Ability to maintain inventory of consigned products 
  • Ability and interest in learning Human Anatomy 
  • Competent in basic windows based operating system (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 


Position Type: Full-Time, typically more than 40 hrs. per week. Advancement opportunity.
