About the Role 

Brevite is seeking a dynamic Content Production Associate to expand our social media presence through high-quality, viral video content. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the content production process end-to-end. Your duties will include working alongside a team of talented content creators, ensuring that production timelines are met, and delivering high-quality videos tailored for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and other social media channels. We are searching for someone who is not only passionate about developing and executing compelling content ideas but is also adept at steering projects from conception to completion. If you have a deep connection with the social media landscape, specialize in crafting engaging short and long-form video content, and are skilled at telling captivating brand stories, this position is for you.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Work alongside the Content Team to craft comprehensive content strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms, aligning with Brevite's brand vision and objectives.
  • Team Building: Work with Brevite team to recruit and train a team of content creators and other production staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team growth and development.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee the entire production process from concept to delivery. Ensure creative ideas are brought to life effectively and efficiently.
  • Timeline and Workflow Management: Establish and maintain production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and content is published according to the planned calendar.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content meets Brevite's standards for quality and creativity. Regularly review and provide constructive feedback on content to uphold high production values.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for content production, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are managed.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of social media content, using analytics to inform future content strategies and decisions.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing, creative, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy across all platforms.
  • Innovation and Trend Awareness: Stay informed about emerging trends in social media and content creation, integrating innovative ideas and practices to keep Brevite's content fresh and engaging.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that effectively convey Brevite's brand story and values through various forms of media.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Film or other production-related field.
  • Production and Social Media Experience: At least 2+ years of professional experience in content production. Prior experience scaling a YouTube channel is preferred. 
  • Content Creation Expertise: Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content specifically tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in strategic and creative thinking, capable of developing effective content strategies that align with the brand's objectives.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management abilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and optimizing workflows.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and software used in video production and editing.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track content performance and guide future strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Trend Awareness: A deep understanding of current trends in social media and digital content, with the ability to integrate innovative ideas into content strategies.
