We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Paid Media to lead our paid advertising initiatives across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of optimising paid media campaigns to drive revenue growth. They will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and the ability to develop innovative strategies that align with business objectives.


In this role you will:

 ● Develop and execute comprehensive global paid media strategies to drive incremental revenue across (but not limited to) Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat & Bing.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and content teams to align paid media initiatives with overall business objectives and product launches.

 ● Manage the allocation of advertising budgets across different platforms and geographic areas to ensure efficient spending in line with spend volume and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

 ● Analyse performance data, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to continuously improve effectiveness and drive scalable growth.

 ● Assist in ad creative strategy & ideation.

 ● Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners and platforms.

 ● Provide regular reporting and analysis of paid media KPIs and metrics to the wider business, demonstrating the impact of paid media and informing strategic decision-making.

 ● Monitor & stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media to maintain a competitive edge and capitalise on new opportunities.


 Who we are looking for:

 ● An accomplished leader with 5-8 years experience in paid media management, capable of overseeing and executing strategic initiatives to drive incremental revenue growth.

 ● A passionate professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok & Snapchat.

● A collaborative team player with the ability to lead a team of paid media specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 ● A data-driven marketer who excels at analysing performance metrics, identifying trends, and leveraging actionable insights to refine strategies to drive scalable growth.

 ● A proactive individual who stays on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and optimise paid media.

 ● An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to align paid media initiatives with broader business objectives.

 ● A results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, proficient at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to overall business success.
