Job Description - Investment Banking Associate - Energy

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing complex financial transactions and providing strategic advice to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
  • Assisting in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions.
  • Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
  • Creating and owning financial models throughout the M&A transaction life cycle.
  • Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Investment Banking, closed M&A experience in Energy, Industrials, or Oil & Gas (Upstream strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Personable, strong work ethic, and coachable.
