Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels in OR, CVOR, Cath Lab, and IR to ensure supply availability and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure compliance for Bill-Only and implant management processes.
  • Establish SOPs for inventory management and relief processes.
  • Manage expiration dates and remove expired supplies.
  • Attend planning meetings, communicate product backorders, and substitutes.
  • Engage in product conversion and substitution process.
  • Lead weekly cycle counts and investigate inventory variances.
  • Collaborate with business partners and develop emergency plans.
  • Maximize use of inventory control systems and technology.
  • Develop and lead programming for KPIs and efficiency.
  • Manage and lead team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

This role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance, establishing SOPs, leading inventory control, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing a team.
