Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
  • Prepares items for shipment (Fedex, US Mail, UPS etc).
  • Receives and process incoming items.
  • Inventory and tracking of all IT equipment throughout the company.
  • Order IT Equipment as needed.
  • Assists other team members as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes.
  • Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.
  • Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.
  • Ability to utilize tracking lists.
  • Highly organized.
  • Can meet deadlines as required
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to traverse office facilities to pick up mail.
