Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a Finance Counsel level or Senior Associate with at least seven years of experience for its rapidly growing finance practice in New York. Clients include high profile private credit funds and banks relating to acquisitions financing. The salary for this position is between $435,000 to $450,000.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of finance acquisitions financing experience is required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- New York bar admission is required [or ability to become admitted].
- Excellent client-interfacing skills.
