We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in React Native to help complete an existing mobile and web application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finalizing key features, debugging, and ensuring the application performs smoothly across platforms. Knowledge of Svelte is a bonus, as it could contribute to optimizing parts of the app's functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to finish the mobile and web application using React Native.
  • Optimize the application for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, web).
  • Implement responsive and user-friendly UI designs.
  • Ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
  • Attend in-office sessions twice a week in downtown Elmhurst.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with React Native in building and shipping mobile applications.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  • Experience in cross-platform development.
  • Familiarity with mobile app deployment (iOS and Android).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Svelte is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Svelte.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs.


Contract Details:

  • Hybrid work model with two days a week in-office at our downtown Elmhurst location.
  • 1 to 3 months contract duration.
