Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Associate Escrow Support Assistant. This is a 3 month contract opportunity based out of Lake Mary, FL (Onsite).


Required Skills:

Excel, Entry Level, Escrow, Imaging, Clerical.


Additional skills:

Closing, Quality Control.


Top desired skills : would like candidates with administrative support in a real estate setting (preferred, but not required), a previous escrow assistant background, or someone with administrative support in a high volume/large office.


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow instructions and office procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of timeshare escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.
  • Ensures the imaging process meets quality control standards.
  • The primary role is to scan/image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected, perform wire/ACH and check deposits into escrows, and handle nightly banking deposits.
  • Responsible for the daily retrieval and tracking of overnight packages and mail and disburses accordingly to the teams.
  • Responsible for the monthly accounting reconciliation of certain projects. Maintains office supply orders.
  • Maintains the conference room calendar and schedules, as needed.
  • Ensures office is opened at the beginning of business hours and secured at the end of business hours.
  • Greets and attends to guests. Ensures support for escrow personnel, as needed.


Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $20/hour to $20/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
