We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team working on advanced systems including motors, lithium batteries, laser terminals, and missile components. This role is based in Rancho Bernardo, CA.


What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop test benches, fixtures, and specialty test equipment.
  • Work with advanced systems, including ALRE, hypersonic missile components, and satellite support equipment.
  • Utilize oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data acquisition systems to measure and record system performance.
  • Develop and execute automated tests using programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB.
  • Lead the setup of instrumentation both locally and at remote sites.
  • Troubleshoot test systems and analyze data to prepare detailed reports.
  • Travel up to 25% to various test sites across the U.S.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in hardware testing (or 2+ years with a master’s degree).
  • Proficiency in automated test development (LabView, Python, C, C++, MATLAB).
  • Hands-on experience with electrical subsystem and component-level testing.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in writing technical documents.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
