Job Title: Senior Hardware Engineer

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, circuits, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leverage advanced hardware knowledge and experience to plan, optimize, verify, and test critical electronic systems, circuits, and mechanical systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements.
* Conduct complex simulations and analyses of designs as well as implement designs with the best power, performance, and area.
* Evaluate, characterize, and develop client manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products in the most advanced processes.

Requirements:

* 8-12 years of experience in hardware engineering.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* Strong understanding of electronic systems, circuits, and mechanical systems.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
