Requirements:

  • 4+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong SQL and technical skills to build queries and move large data sets.
  • Ability to translate business needs from marketing and technical perspectives.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams and identify additional areas of use.
  • Perform complex analyses on large data sets and modeling/forecasting to maximize profits or asset growth.
  • Provide analytic support to meet company goals.
  • Anticipate issues and propose solutions.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
  • Competency in coding languages and APIs.
  • Experience with Power Automation, Power Apps, or comparable products.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently analyze business needs and data resources to propose, create, and maintain operational and technical reporting.
  • Manage data quality in the data warehouse, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Manage operational and data reporting processes.
  • Participate in strategic thinking sessions and manage relationships with operational groups.
  • Participate in high-performance work teams/groups, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Complete complex assignments requiring independent action and initiative.
  • Participate in or chair project meetings, documenting issues, action items, and providing status updates.
  • Interact effectively with employees, vendors, contractors, and senior management.
  • Provide leadership and strategic support for various projects.
  • Work closely with technology management.
  • Travel and non-standard hours may be required.
  • Maintain knowledge and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and other banking regulations.
