Description:

IT Support Systems Analyst: Provide day-to-day remote and on-site support. This position will require a candidate that will be the technical expert on all areas of end-user system support.

· Provide senior level workstation/laptop support

· Ability to provide remote support for a professional hybrid work environment

· Systematically resolve issues related to workstations and laptops

· Escalate and support level 3 engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user problems

· Provide exceptional customer service while being able to manage day-to-day IT operations, critical situations and communicate the urgency of all issues as appropriate

· Document issues/problems and solutions for both IT team members and end users

· Be available as on-call support as needed


Looking for IT Support Technician in San Francisco CA || 6+ Months contract

Qualifications:

·3-5 years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment

·3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations, laptops, and virtual environments

·3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry a plus

·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree

·Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems

·Strong documentation and communication skills

·Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Technical Requirements:

·Windows 11 and Office 365 Support

·Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support

·System build, deployment, and maintenance

·Strong familiarity with desktop security products

  • Firm understanding of Active Directory Administration
  • Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management
  • Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)
