Situation Overview

Rain Global is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR), where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our business, identifying and qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to drive successful partnerships. Your efforts will contribute directly to Rain Global's mission of providing innovative talent acquisition solutions.

Responsibilities

Include but will not be limited to:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and research.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Present Rain Global's services and value proposition to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and recruiting teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and expectations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools and sales methodologies.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Rain Global and expand our network within Private Equity, technology, renewable energy, professional services, consumer goods among others .
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development and talent acquisition.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record (minimum 1-3 years) in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Adaptability to evolving priorities and business needs.
