Role Description: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive knowledge of real estate, a strong sales background, and experience managing a large, diverse team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager who is capable of leading others, ensuring the team meets and exceeds its goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Actively drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing lead conversion, and holding the sales team accountable to performance targets.
  • Team Accountability and Management: Hold the sales team accountable for their performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to ensure consistent improvement and results.
  • Lead Quality Feedback: Provide detailed analysis and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates to management, helping to refine and enhance the sales process.
  • Availability and Leadership: Be available to support the team 24/7, stepping in on the sales floor when needed to make calls, close deals, and provide authoritative guidance.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and revenue projections to senior management.
  • Market Knowledge: Utilize deep knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques to guide the team, identify new opportunities, and drive growth.
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain a high level of organization and responsibility, ensuring all sales processes are efficient, documented, and aligned with company standards.
  • Coachable Mindset: Be open to feedback and continuous learning to adapt and grow within the role and the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within real estate or a related field, managing a sales team.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the team and company objectives.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to step in and lead by example on the sales floor.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work in-person; remote work is not available for this position.
