Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, business planning, solutions development / architecture, budgeting, and finance. They will also utilize their strong technical and analytical skills to assess and optimize operations management. This is a very hands on role, and the right candidate will have a background in technology infrastructure management and solution development, with the ability to help scope projects.


Qualifications

  • Analyze existing systems to ensure security and efficacy
  • Maintain and upgrade software, hardware, and networks as needed
  • Recommend improvements or alternative technologies to better meet business needs
  • Design, review and integrate new systems
  • Business Planning and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in finance and budgeting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the Hospitality and Retail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
