The Edit Media Group is a digital marketing agency based in Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in social media management, content strategy, and brand building. Our goal is to help brands and personalities create authentic connections with their community and amplify their messaging through our variety of services within the marketing landscape. As a verified Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook partner, we have exclusive insight into upcoming product launches, best practices, and personalized account support. We are the AOR for brands like Disney, Auberge Resorts, Moon Oral Beauty, Caruso Properties, Safely, Florence By Mills and more.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage internal projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal team members, clients, creating project timelines, managing resources, tracking project progress, and ensuring quality control
- Monitor team workload to avoid burnout and ensure optimal productivity.
- Maintain high standards of quality for all outgoing projects. Review and approve all deliverables before they are presented to the client, ensuring they meet the brief and quality criteria.
- Identify potential issues early in the project cycle. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to manage issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support to the team, facilitating professional growth and development.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the agency level to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Regularly update Founders with the status of projects. Prepare detailed reports on the progress of the project and other metrics.
- Evaluate the outcomes of projects and identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to optimize workflows and processes within the agency.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and logistics management
- Ability to expedite and ensure the timely completion of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and inspection skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Experience in the social media industry
