We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a global medical devices business on their transformation journey. It's an opportunity to join a growing business and work directly with the leadership team on the strategy development and deployment.



Scope of Responsibility:


  • Execute and oversee the company's paid search initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to craft and deploy diverse marketing campaigns spanning email, social media, webinars, events, and paid search.
  • Evaluate campaign efficacy to fine-tune approaches and meet corporate aims.
  • Recognize and synchronize website/Shopify and CRM enhancements, encompassing lead tracking and integration to enhance customer pathways and conversions.



Requirements:


  • Experience in marketing, preferably already having some exposure to / ready to transition to digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Shopify, and social media platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Patience and adaptability to navigate through evolving digital landscapes.
