We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage industrial construction projects, while also supporting our commercial projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage industrial construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee commercial construction projects as required, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and payment applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Foster a positive team environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in project management and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within industrial construction; experience in commercial construction is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
