You will collaborate closely with our client to understand their unique staffing needs and long-term goals, acting as a strategic partner in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to candidate pipeline development, and the ability to analyze recruitment strategies for continuous improvement. Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, job roles, and specific hiring requirements.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding, with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Strong understanding of different recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide both candidates and clients through the selection process.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry, ensuring compliance in all recruitment activities.
  • Proactive approach to building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and deliver regular reports on recruitment progress and market insights.


Responsibility:


  • Partner closely with the healthcare organization to understand their unique hiring needs, culture, and long-term staffing goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific healthcare roles within the client company.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and proactively build talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client stakeholders, providing guidance and feedback to both parties throughout the selection process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the client company, promoting their employer brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the client on recruitment progress, candidate status, and market insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency, quality of hires, and overall client satisfaction.
