No OPT’s or any other kind of Visas.Position: Project Controls/Construction Manager (SME)Location: Richland WA (100% on-site)Duration of project: 12 months +Project Controls/Construction Manager, Senior/Leading SME:Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related technical field OR an additional five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree10+ years of project management and project controls experienceMinimum of five (5) years in a leadership or advisory roleExtensive knowledge of project controls and use of P6 and other project management software toolsExperience in construction or mega-project environmentsExperience supporting executive-level and stakeholder communicationsExperience developing and maintaining integrated project planDemonstrated ability to drive outcomes through subject-matter expertise and advisory engagementEarned Value Management (EVM) certification is preferredJob Description:Provide expert guidance in strategic planning and project controls functionsAssist with defining project management and project performance measurement methodologiesAdvise leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetSupport decision-making through expert analysis, metrics, and recommendationsCollaborate with executives, partners, and key stakeholders across the organizationAdvise on, develop, and recommend project management processes aligned with industry best practices and company strategyReview and assess project budgets and schedules; provide recommendations to ensure compliance with company policies and standardsDevelop, analyze, and report key performance metrics to measure project successRecommend, document, and support business administration, risk management, and change management practicesProvide coaching, workshops, and expert guidance on project management methodologies and earned value management as requestedWork Environment:Primarily office-based work environmentOccasional travel and site tours as required
