Project Support Specialist – Nuclear or Engineering Projects Duration: 12 Months Location: Richland, WA Position Overview This role supports Construction and Project Management teams by independently managing SharePoint sites, project documentation, and administrative processes with minimal supervision. The Project Support Specialist works closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate records retention, effective communication, and smooth project startup and closeout activities across capital and O&M projects. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage project SharePoint sites for accurate document control and records retention Upload, publish, archive, and organize project documents; track actions and statuses Coordinate with project teams via Teams, email, phone, and in person to support access and document needs Support Project Managers with project closeout activities , including scanning, duplicating, and archiving records Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various stakeholder groups Provide user training on SharePoint and document processes as needed Support in-processing and off-boarding for employees and contractors (paperwork, scheduling training, system access) Follow established procedures supporting project startup, execution, and closeout Support outage or critical project activities as assigned
