Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide full life cycle administrative support to the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. You will manage the coordination and facilitation of interviews across virtual and in-person formats, maintain compliance with internal processes and government regulations, and act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews, ensuring seamless coordination of availability between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Manage and maintain interview schedules, tracking updates in Workday and other relevant systems.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the candidate interview process, including virtual webcam interviews, travel arrangements, onsite escorting, and candidate event coordination.
  • Provide high-touch support to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and updates regarding interviews.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure required actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with firm processes and government regulations related to Talent Acquisition.

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Effective problem-solving ability.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience using MS Teams, Outlook, Workday, and/or Avature.
  • Previous experience in interview coordination or within Talent Acquisition.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with tools like Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, Workday, and Avature.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; no degree or certifications required.
