Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with a Senior Sales Representative to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory to adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Compensation:

You will receive a minority commission split, reflecting your role within our established sales team. Commission allocations are evaluated every six months to ensure a fair distribution based on individual and team contributions. A company vehicle will be provided.
