Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - IT Staffing. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and selling IT staffing services to clients in the Philadelphia, PA area. They will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT staffing industry
  • Experience in generating leads and building client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT staffing services and solutions
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Certifications in sales or IT staffing is a plus
