Compliance Analyst - Investment Management Firm



COMPENSATION/PERKS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work Closely with Relationship Management Team to Create, Review, and Approve Marketing Materials and Investor Communications for Multiple Product Lines
  • Assist with Developing New Policies, Procedures, and Technological Upgrades to Meet Increasing Regulatory Demands and Growth in the Business
  • Work Independently and Alongside a Team
  • Communicate Actively to Coordinate Workload, Priorities, Initiatives, and Regulatory Interpretations
  • Able to effectively communicate company policies, promotions, and procedures with successful results



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ Years of Compliance Experience In the Financial Space, Preferably with Private Fund Advisor Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge and Experience with Compliance Testing and Marketing Material Review
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication
  • Personable and Able to Work Well with All Levels of Internal Management and Staff
  • Strong Work-Ethic, Ambitious Mindset, Go-Getter & Positive Attitude
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Analytical Abilities
