Your Role & Responsibilities:


We are looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Service Delivery Director from Retail Space to join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Job Title: Delivery Director- Retail

Location: 100% Onsite in Nashville, TN

Base Salary: $130K- $150K


In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.


Qualifications & Experience:


  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.
  2. 18+ Years of Experience in professional experience in the digital space IT Industry.
  3. Strong Delivery Head coming from Retail background with experience managing Application & Infrastructure (Ideally coming from Consumer Goods background)
  4. Total Experience should be a mix of Managing Application support projects around 70% & Infrastructure support Projects about 30%.
  5. Experience with Digital Transformations.
  6. Required ability to manager Driving Growth & Delivery.
  7. Must have Client Facing experience dealing with CIO, CXO, Leadership maintaining, building, growing relationships.
  8. Have experience with P&L at least 20 million to 40 million and above.
  9. Should have prior experience of managing 400+ FTE programs in ISD Head role
  10. To ensure Delivery Governance through creating a facilitative operating environment
  11. To leverage practice propositions and initiatives to add value to the client
  12. To lead the business review meeting with the customer and to ensure that customer visits by the client result in generation of additional business for HC
