The MNK Group is recruiting on behalf of its client in the industrial supply space, in search of a Sales Account Coordinator to help grow its book of business with existing accounts, as well as proactively identify new accounts. Responsibilities include:


  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within existing accounts for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new product lines to maximize revenue and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Implement targeted outbound email campaigns to reach out to potential new clients within the industrial sector, showcasing the company's product offerings and value proposition.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and targeted online advertising to generate leads and drive awareness of the company's industrial supply solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to provide accurate and competitive quotes for orders, leveraging knowledge of product specifications, pricing structures, and available discounts.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing timely updates on order statuses, tracking shipments, and addressing any issues or delays to ensure a seamless customer experience.
