JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that enhance our brand equity and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of brand management, and a proven track record of building successful brands.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to differentiate Cardin McCoy in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.


Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and advertising materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage the development and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


Product Development:

  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure new products align with the brand vision and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in the ideation, design, and launch of new products, ensuring they reflect the brand’s identity.
  • Conduct product performance analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.



Brand Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorships, collaborations, and co-branding opportunities.


Public Relations and Communications:

  • Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance the brand’s reputation and visibility.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies to generate media coverage and handle press inquiries.
  • Craft compelling brand stories and messaging for various communication channels.


Customer Engagement:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers through engaging and personalized experiences.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve brand offerings.
  • Oversee social media engagement, responding to customer queries and building a community of loyal brand advocates.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools and platforms.
