Physician Liaison – New York City


Join Spear as a Physician Liaison and fuel our growth across NYC clinics by forging strong ties with local physicians, hospital networks, and communities. Collaborate with our clinical and marketing teams to enhance Spear's presence and impact in the city.


Key Interfaces

  • Work directly with the Director of Business Development, Clinical Directors, and Marketing Team.
  • Reports to the Director of Business Development.
  • Operates remotely, requiring 3-4 field days per week and monthly HQ visits.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a relevant role; Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Physical or Occupational Therapy license preferred.


Core Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand referral networks through strategic communication and personalized outreach.
  • Ensure accurate and updated physician contact lists and distribute the latest Spear marketing materials.
  • Regularly identify and engage new referral opportunities.
  • Oversee CRM and maintain precise provider details.
  • Support clinical teams in meeting referral goals and organize educational events for medical professionals.
