Clinical Liaison RN

Seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison RN to enhance collaboration between healthcare providers and our organization. This role requires strong clinical expertise, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Guidance:
- Use clinical knowledge to assess patient needs and guide care plans.
- Foster seamless transitions of care with healthcare professionals.
- Receives/returns calls from Pharmacy regarding orders submitted for ODA patients
Advocacy and Collaboration:
- Advocate for patients and facilitate communication between all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
- Serves as a liaison and information source for other department support staff, department physicians and referring providers, patients, and insurance companies.
Education and Documentation:
- Provide education to healthcare professionals on our services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Under the direction of the provider, reviews lab work, diagnostic imaging and referrals and coordinates follow up care, as prescribed
Qualifications:
- RN licensure is required
- Some years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
