Responsibilities:

  • Communicate warranty policies and procedures, setting clear expectations with homebuyers, teammates, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct meetings with homebuyers to review warranty items, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Prepare and maintain a weekly tracking sheet for warranties and punch list items, ensuring timely communication with homebuyers.
  • Coordinate schedules for suppliers and trades to address warranty work.
  • Conduct homeowner walkthroughs as required.
  • Set and meet specific goals for communicating timelines related to warranty requests and completion.
  • Supervise onsite construction activities when necessary to ensure timely completion of warranty work.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy standards for all work.
  • Utilize company's online project management and warranty platforms for daily operations.
  • Enforce safety standards consistently.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of construction experience minimum.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in residential construction practices, regulations, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple jobsites with strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
  • Experience with Builder Trend or similar builder software platforms is beneficial.
