We at Coforge are looking for Performance Analyst with the following skills :-

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience working as part of an integrated investment accounting and performance reporting function at either an investment management or asset servicing organization.

• Tenured knowledge of performance concepts, methodologies, and investment accounting for all commoditized asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Loans, etc.) including specifics of derivative instruments.

• Strong analytical/mathematical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal), organizational skills; and a self-starter with ability to perform and communicate under pressure.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is helpful; comfort with programming/scripting/SQL a plus.

• Demonstrated interest of the investment management industry.

• Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) or Chartered Financial Analyst.


Responsibilities :-

• Responsibility for the oversight of externally sourced investment accounting inputs to the calculation and reporting of investment performance

• Engage in various projects with data touchpoints to ensure requirements are captured and perform business validation of performance and accounting data resulting from change projects.

• Collaborate with internal customer to document business processes and analysis to support the Information Technology team to assist in the translation of requirements into technical solutions in the data warehouse

• Take the lead in assessing, assigning, and prioritizing performance data issues and requests within the team

• Interface with external services providers to research, troubleshoot, and facilitate resolution of unexpected accounting data results to ensure that investment performance is correctly reported to clients and client prospects.

• Show ability to communicate and interact with peers, management, and customers at all levels professionally.
