Job Summary:

We are seeking a Temporary HR Specialist to join our team for a short-term assignment. The primary responsibility of this role is to process payroll using UKG and address any employee benefit inquiries. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll using UKG, ensuring timely and precise payment for all employees.
  • Answer employee questions regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably using UKG.
  • Basic understanding of employee benefits and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
