Role:

As a visual storyteller, your talent lies in bringing captivating content to life. You're driven by the desire to create and inspire action through your campaigns. With your finger on the pulse of internet culture, you effortlessly generate ideas and execute them with minimal guidance. You possess an innate understanding of the nuances between social media marketing and traditional marketing, recognizing the types of content that elevate community engagement and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.

This role is a hybrid position (occasional client travel required) operating in the central standard time zone, open to applicants across the United States. This listing is collecting applicants for two full-time salaried positions, one is Automotive Experience Preferred, the other is a general social media creative role. FCS offers a variety of employee benefits including health care, paid time off, continuing education, etc.


What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Ideation for assigned clients, aligning concepts and campaigns with marketing initiatives and KPIs.
  • On-site and remote filming for assigned clients
  • Attending events, planning shot lists, filming, and editing in real-time to share captivating content
  • Packaging and editing footage as deliverables for clients across various platforms and formats, including timelines and stories
  • Lead creative kick-offs and brainstorming sessions
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends and channel trends to leverage for real-time content creation
  • Scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms


Who You Are:

  • Chicago-based Preferred
  • Automotive Experience Preferred
  • You have experience in short form content creation, whether in-house or in an agency setting
  • You possess design experience and can support graphic overlays for video content as needed
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required
  • Proficiency in mobile-based video editing apps
  • You have access to a vehicle and are available for travel to shoots as required
  • You're a confident idea generator, adept at brainstorming and strategic thinking
  • You're highly organized and thrive without micromanagement
