Job Summary:


We are on the hunt for a Marketing Manager who is equally adept at project management to orchestrate our marketing endeavors and lead projects to success. This role demands a master of marketing disciplines, from strategy to execution, as you will be working with brands across the vast landscape of our client portfolio. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms, including content marketing, social media, affiliate, ambassador, and digital marketing.
  • Navigate the complexities of SEO, paid social, and paid search to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo, along with SMS marketing techniques, to nurture leads and customer relationships.
  • Craft compelling presentations that communicate marketing strategies and results to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage client projects, acting as the primary point of contact, to ensure objectives are met and relationships are fortified.
  • Monitor and report on analytics, leveraging Google Analytics and other tools to glean insights and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Outdoor, Hook & Bullet Industry or Agency work.
  • Extensive experience in managing a wide array of marketing initiatives, including digital and content marketing, with a track record of measurable success.
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong foundation in SEO, paid advertising channels, and familiarity with PPC, CRM and SMS marketing.
  • Demonstrated skill in creating compelling presentations and proficient in analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Passion for the outdoors a must.
