Senior Manager of Employee Relations/Compliance

This role has a managerial title/level but is an individual contributor with no direct reports

Direct Hire



Must have:

10+ years of experience in HR (HRBP, Generalist) with strength in employee relations/compliance

Ability to travel to handle investigations when needed (has been on average 2-3 times a year)

Strength with written and verbal communication skills


This role handles confidential employee relations matters and investigations, providing expert advice on potential risks and claims. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and collaborates with the CHRO, Director of Human Resources, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other company leaders.



Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct and document workplace investigations.

-Develop and implement templates for written warnings and performance improvement plans.

-Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues.

-Ensure compliance with employment regulations.

-Manage and update HR policies.

-Analyze data trends and report risks.

-Provide timely responses to internal inquiries.

-Maintain compliance with firm policies.

-Participate in ongoing training and travel as needed.
