Responsibilities and Duties

• Create all shipping documents - Bills of Ladings, International Customs Paperwork and all other associated paperwork

• Contact and schedule all needed freight and shipping carriers - Both national and international

• Enter and monitor all requirements in shipping systems - UPS Worldship, Fedex, DHL, SAIA, R&L, etc

• Ensure that all shipping documents are accurate and complete

• Package and ship all customer orders - Must be able to lift product continuously

• Process incoming shipments – verify packing slips to contents and enter in system as required

• Prep and paint all required product for customer orders

• Open all required boxes and remove contents

• Process all parts orders received

• Verify all paperwork for customer orders to ensure accurate contents prior to shipping

• Assist in processing all incoming customer orders

• Perform preventative maintenance on shipping equipment

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in work area at all time

• Take all packages to the freight carrier that were not completed in time or missed when the freight carrier arrived

• Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are readily available and stocked to paint and ship packages as necessary – Monitor inventory levels

• Operate a Hi-Lo to load and unload product correctly using the appropriate handling techniques
